Why doesn't runoff voting get rolled into the official mapchooser? It always bothers me that HL-based games running AMXX always have runoff votes yet on source nearly no votes use runoff voting.

I just tested it and sm_togglephase works perfectly. I tried sm_addtime 1000 but nothing happened. Its not working no matter what number I try to put in.

Also, don't bother...

It should be pretty straightforward. All it would do is this:

sm_addtime [number] --> addtime [number]

Can somone please make a plugin that will kick or change the names of people with non ASCII characters in their names? It is really annoying when people have loads of those characters in their names.
