I found the problem. I removed the influx.cfg and it dident work. Then i removed Influx_Config and it worked so final fix is delete Influx_config.smx.

Yes im 100 % sure. I have taken the plugins out one by one and it works when i remove influx_core, i dont see a option to make it not change value.

I removed all influx plugins and now it wont change so its something with influx. Any more plugins changing mp_ignore_round_win_conditions

I dont know what plugins can change cvar and what plugins cant change cvar. i can send a list of plugins that are installed if it would help.
