Make sure you add sm_perplayer_restrict "0" on the TOP of your awp_.cfg and it should work. I had the same problem and adding it on top solved it.

Hi! I have problem with your plugin. When I change restrictions in map config file for specific map everything changes except awp restrictions. Have you encounter problem like this in CSS?

Can someone help me. I want to restrict awp to 0 if one team wins more than 3 points. Is it possible to do it with this plugin?
