Are you sure, you are on MyJailbreak Beta 14.0-58f4b42 with these two plugins and you don't use an older maybe edited version for your server?

Because both Language phrases mentioned in the error...

Last request is a feature of sm_hosties not MyJB. I assume you are not on the latest hosties.
the mic symbol is also not a part of MyJB. IIRC it's cs:go default, but broken.

Where did you read about step 5 and downloads.txt & downloads.ini ?
Because these step is since ~2017 not needed anymore. I thought I have adapted all install instructions.

Only the original sm_hosties (https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=108810) is supported by MyJB. I can't support every fork.
Better contact the author of your version to keep compatibility.

I assume I have fixed this problem with the lastest commit in dev.
The problem should not be on master/stable branch, only on developers.

A FastDL server is webserver to host custom content like maps, model, sounds, ... for source server (csgo, css, gmod, l4d, ...)

When a player connect to a gameserver he must download the custom...
