it's just weapon_grenade_launcher_spawn for l4d campaigns, for l4d2 it's weapon_item_spawn item17 and m60 item18
You never find this in VIDE because too many of them, better use BSPSouce...

Use VIDE (https://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/VIDE) to find hammerid entity, if you do not want to decompile maps and use hammer.
Find your entity (weapon_rifle_spawn) and delete like this

It's not sometimes, but it always happens. Try using this version then.
It drops everything except m60 because no m_iAmmo Offset and custom mdl melee weapons.
