The variables are correct and working just checked.

I use these 3 variables actually because I needed it last month to run the "max money after x rounds" I just checked and there is one more...

I see that when I type !rs it works "temporarily" because as soon as I kill or die back exactly the previous score.

But try put this lines in gamemode_casual_server.cfg
