Not not fine, mp_chattime 0 helps me for 72 hours, now server crashing again on mapchange, but not allways, this is shit thing and i cant test because i don't know when server will crash again.

Yes this is working than you wrote /rank and shows my language letters, but then i wrote /top15 it shows hieroglifs, becouse top15 open in motd window, not in message or hud message.
