on the web gui, log in and go to admin panel -> server settings -> add new server -> fill in (use ip 127.0.0.1 if your previous statment was correct)

* edit group bans
* edit all bans

One common problem (at least for us, and I keep forgetting it) is that the query use hostip which is the ip inside your local net that is behind NAT/PAT...

Yes, why do you replace basebans and not just hook on bans: OnBanClient(...) and OnRemoveBan(...)?

Recheck that you entered the right ip and right port, if there is no host with that ip it will take a lot longer to start (noticed that when i tried a second ago).

and try again and you will get an output, tell me servers internal ip, registered ip (in web gui) and tell me what the debug output say

If someone else need to be able to specify the server ip (instead of using HostIp when making the query). I added a option to enable / disable it and hopefullt it might help someone else :)
