I tested with just MM:S, SM and CS:SDM. Did you happen to have other plugins loaded if so can you paste the output of sm plugins list, meta list, sm exts list

Just tested with a new install and extracted your rar ran the server changed map about 10 times (with bots in the server killing each other and respawning) and no crash. Without a mdmp or a way to...

post the output of plugin_print and sm exts list. Make sure that you copied the gamedata the new cssdm gamedata file to addons/sourcemod/gamedata

You must upgrade sourcemod to the latest 1.4.4 snapshot or 1.5 snapshot. There is a non gamedata change in sourcemod for this update.
