i need help i get this error when i load the downtown extension

[SM] Unable to load extension "left4downtown.ext": The specified module could not be found.

ok im still having an issue with the change over from 1 team to the other....when i play the first map and the survivors play and then then we swap to infect the 5th player always gets swapped to...

ok i got everything workin now and now i can get 6 vs 6 in the server. but after the map change the last 2 players get sent to spec how come....
