What version of Windows are you using?

The plugin loaded fine for me on my Windows 8 L4D SRCDS (probably an incompatibility bug from using an newer OS/compiler).

You have a whitespace between "do" and "sprotect". The pathway should be "addons\dosprotect\bin\dosprotect_mm.dll".
