Hello, i'm getting a spam of this error in my logs everytime the map changes, does anyone know what is this or how to fix it?

Server crash on the 2nd round

My server is crashing on some maps on the second round, the crash is reproducible. The maps on the server are the same since the beginning, nothing new was added to the server but suddenly...

Recently from this update, when the map is changing (loading part) suddenly the map changes to other map, this only happens if the map that we are suppose to go is a map that we voted...

[CS:GO] Sourcebans ip ban not working

Hello guys,

Evertime i banned someone, that person would get ip ban but suddenly that changed, when i ban someone they don't get ip ban and i don't understand what changed to ip bans not working...
