Slow hack that mean you can change in client side. this plugin in amxmodx bulid make admin can change players names ! Please Repair...

i know your proplem because it happen with me and i could say the soulution in the update. update your server to last verson using steamCMD then also update your metamod and also amxmodx it will work...
