Yeah, you should really double-check to make sure you've got all the files uploaded, because if it's missing one they still have to connect the game server itself and it's no advantage whatsoever.

I saw that before on the kayako webmaster forums. It wasn't very efficient, and wasteful.

I don't think AlliedModders has it, or would even consider such a non-used command bbcode.

There's plugins out there that show you where the enemy is on the radar, so...

As fysiks put, you should make a file on your 000webhost account and call it "cstrike" or "my_cstrike"

Then upload all the content that is custom you want to be downloaded, such as maps, skins,...
