[TF2] chat hook to change mission in MVM

Hello,
Would it be possible too make a chat hook.
So when a user say's changemission, it calls the build in callvote with the change mission selected.

sm_machine: Changes your team to BLU/Offenders


Only admins can use this command....

sm_machin_admin_only -> only admins can use the plugin

Maybe this kind of command?

Hi,
Is it posseble when an admin joins that there comes an HUD message (or t_say) that say's:
Admin {username} has joined the game.
And if h leaves
Admin {username} has left the game.
