For example, for terrorists, you can achieve glock, 1 lvl - 1 bullet and so on :)

Also we can make, like Terrorist ticket, you can achieve 1 lvl - 1% that next round you will be terrorist

dude it doesn't matter how old maps are...If they are really cool, players will like it.And my opinion it is better to set mapcycle with 20-25 awesome maps than 100 shit...

Firstly, it would be better if you mix your maps, so it won't be like all toxic house's than all snow base's...Secondly, check on what map players leave your server and remove it..Also you can visit...

People are interested in Exp system.Its unusual for players.Also achievements are good idea, because they want to finish every achievement and spend much time on your server
