Actually, I made this thread waaay back in the year 2010.

Yes, I saw that thread, but I have no knowledge in scripting, so I was unsure of what those codes meant. If it is possible to make a plugin for Addcond, I would like one.

Not at all, it's my fault for not explaining it.

The addcond command is a cheat command for TF2 that gives you certain statuses. For example, 'addcond 5' would make you ubercharged. Addcond 6...
