nope i have that file in that folder

does the steam_app URl proxy need to be set to something ?

i got an issue, its starting, stopping, etc etc. great

error is saying, when i press update

2017/8/20 16:23:47 --Server Starting--~~ H.M.P^ CSGO UK Server +18 ~~
2017/8/20 16:25:19--can't...
