[Request] New Models (replacing cs1.6 originals)

I need to get these models to load whenever a player connects, basicly replacing the original ppl, and making it where it all starts w/ these models.

Can anyone do this?...

* Get software to make a programming language
* Request Valve/Steam to use Counter-Strike (another update)
* If they say yes, then w/e plugin you wanted could...
