When I type !lista or sm_lista nothing happens.

Simple JB plugin

Hello, I have idea for nice plugin for JB servers:

- plugin gets current HP only ct players
- after ct kill tt, plugin add +10 hp to guard who killed tt
- ct have 250hp limit
