He's steamid changes after hes ip change. Example first u banned him by ip after that he joins server with new ip and...

Did you see dproto on the list?

That name is real but that ip is fake. I dont want publicy my ip of my server. Its private server.
PS: I DONT USE DPROTO MY SERVER IS STEAM!
