Thanks |GsX| GrimReaper and MaKTaiL for your help. The problem was I put the txt file in the wrong cfg folder. Its working now. But I did type sm plugins list in my console and got a unknown command....

Need some help, I am new to this kind of stuff. I installed the plug in, smx went to the plug in folder, and the advertiesment txt went to the cfg folder. Here is what I have:
