Are you using the new 1.0.4 version or a 1.0.4 branch?

The new version don't have debug mode anymore. Try to update your sourcemod.

Yeah. Pretty much sure that the " is the problem. Just like msleeper said, use single quotes. :D

Give the ability to add advertisements that only show on certain events. Exemple:

"type" "T"
"text" "Welcome to ArenaTurbo"
"event" "onclientconnect"
...
