This isn't even AMXModX. It's SourceMod. It's a whole different story.

In SourceMod, simply place the .smx file in the "plugins" directory. If you're using AMXModX, you can't even use this plugin.

Look at your cvar and at your filename.

"advertisements.txt" is not the same as "advertisments.txt"
