I don't know what is wrong but

It still doesn't work everything writes fine to my_sql but that is it. Know it just wont kick anyone with my registered name. :(

This is how you fix the spiking or lagging. Open the addons/amxx/config/core.ini file and change the from:
amxx_logging 1

And set it on:

amxx_logging 3

That fixed the problem for me.
