I think it has to do with how common infected are handled with vphysics itself, could be wrong but ever since I took the plugin out, players have reported much better registry.

Simple request idea that I haven't seen around yet, mostly with the grenade launcher in mind but any type of explosions should work given the right flags.

Afaik this is because map makers don't stringtabledictionary and buildcubemaps before uploading their maps, to fix it you need to re-upload the proper .bsp files with said cvars done and those map...
