well i did it. Extracted orpheu_base into amxx folder, inside of that folder there are configs,scripts,plugins etc (folders)
but if you said i should extract it into CS 1.6/Cstrike folder, then it...

I am still beginner, and i am really dumb, idk how to install this. I extracted orpheu2.3a base into amxx base folder, and added orpheu to modules. But gives me error, and pls don't bother i use...
