all you need to do is:

"clients:0" "30:emptyserver.cfg"

or,
"clients:y" "30:emptyserver.cfg"
where y is the client # you want to mapchange under.

i think you are just overthinking it.

then have it exec your cvar for 0 for x players on,
and 1 for y # of players on...

its for controlling cvars per # of players and will
work...

my preference would be "nominate mapname" in chat to be the method of map voting.
nextmap by nomination count, yes. if that is like 'rtv', ok,

this had no problems with DM / gungame back then.

wrong. you just screwed it up, or have a bug in another plugin....

i run this on dust2 and a dozen custom de maps and a few cs maps even..
it NEVER crashes and is a LOT of fun to see the big...
