Did you run the update twice and it errored before with a different error? You already got the steam_universe column in your sb_mods database table. Try running the queries in /updater/data/355.php...

Steamids are only matched against the last two parts. STEAM_X: is ignored, so bans and admins will work fine.

It's your webhost blocking ports. Any connection errors on your webpanel are due to your webhost disallowing the communication. You'll have to wait for an answer.

Did you update your sourcebans installation recently? You seem to have outdated themes files. Try deleting all files in your themes_c folder.

Just add CSGO as mod yourself or select CSS as game. The mod is only visual in most parts, so no need to worry about that.

You only see the rcon action, if you got rcon access on that server. It's bound to the server permission, not the web access.
