how to stop admin from messing with cvar commands ?

i ve put new admins in my server but they have the ability to change cvar commands like timelimit !

i want them to not be able to do that ! what flag should i remove ? b ?

i found a good fix for mapshooser showing real names of the maps instead of worshop id , but rtv not yet :nono:

i feel like source mod is way diffcult then when it was amxmod x cause valve keeps...
