no there is not any plugins above admin.amxx in the plugins.ini and yes im pretty sure its the right steam id.

the steamid works forsure cuz i gave myself admin before in the server and everything...

i tried but didnt quite work. :/

the problem was that i tried changing the server to a map that i didnt have correctly loaded so the server stopped responding.
