I used this before but had to give up on it since the main source of my player's kit had some sort of protection and they couldn't use adminchat at all , any thoughts on it , can that be fixed?

I want the plugin to add "bots" depending on the number of the current players on the server (percentage),with random score and random names taken from a file, but if the server is full (or 31/32)...
