I'm trying to fiddle around with it as well and tried to change sm_skinchooser_arms_enabled 0.

It seems to be doing a lot of random stuff.

I've added you over Steam andi67, maybe that's faster...

Deleted the old cfg, updated the new.

what you mean by g_arms_enabled 0, i am not sure. But i added it at the very end of the cfg:
g_arms_enabled "0"

The force arms does not seem to do anything to me yet. Using your sm version and added the force arms configs to the cfg (not the other configs, i just used the old ones).

I know my gloves work...

I believe so yea.
With the player models you can configure so all players spawn with x model without them having to open a menu or anything. It just auto assigns.

Currently you cannot do this...

How do i force arm models on a player? so i can get rid of the menu completely.

I can only get my arms to work if the player chooses it from !models right now.
