[TF2] Disable Hud at top of screen

Clients can use tf_use_match_hud 0 to disable the hud at the top of the screen but is there a way for a server to force it to be disabled?

Why is OVZ disliked for hosting Gameservers

OVZ is usually shunned by server owners. Why is that? If you know that they are a reliable host would be good to go for an OVZ server?

I have two servers i'm trying to get to work on sourcebans. The webserver is hosted on the same machine as one of the servers and that machine comes up on sourcebans but the other server does not...
