Check out Exolent's Entity_remover.

Okay, but i think he means that he dont want to ban the player all the time, just blacklist the guy temporary.

I dont know, banning is probably the best thing to do.

Thats right, but i dont know how to make so it checks if another plugin is running.

Also its common that hidenseek servers got frostnade, else it would give a smoke.
