Hi all
Today I have installed Metamod:Source 1.9.2 and SourceMod 1.4.7 in my dod:s server.
SourceMod is not loading via vdf file.
I had to add the entry to metaplugins.ini to load the plugin....

Hi, I have loaded your plugin in my dods server today.
After loading the plugin it has not created a cfg file with cvars.
Is that OK?

Not sure about it but perhaps you have a conflict with SoDStats because that plugin catches headshot event too.
If possible try to unload it temporaly to make a quick test.

You have to add it just to server.cfg.
Check if plugin is loaded properly using:
sm plugins list
If not, do you have any plugin writing log files?

Using commands with name works fine but using numbers I got some errors.

Original plugin from Tobi supports CS:S headshot as it was said by Lebson.
Check if plugin is loaded properly with
sm plugins list
Then check your logs to find weapon accuracy entries.

No, that is not the purpose of this plugin.
There are events for that in game. So you have to configure your stats system to give bonus points.

If headshot sound is not working it will not work with this plugin.
They are two differents plugins.
You should ask to the Quake Sounds developer for this feature.
