[Synergy] Server crashes on some hl2 maps after changlevel

I'm running Synergy server, it have good uptime, but sometimes after transitioning to next level server crashes after several seconds after players are connected. After server restart the same map...

I moved server from wine to native linux mode.
But when server crashes no dumps uploaded.
Tried to run test-crash-dump-generation:

When I run that command under root minidump successfully creates

When hale boss became christian, boss music didn't plays.
Failed to load sound "saxton_hale\the_millionaires_holiday.mp3", file probably missing from disk/repository
That sound exists at client...
