i get 20-30 fps in my cs 1.6
Here are my pc specs:
Pentium 4 1.80 GHz
1 GB RAM
No Graphic card
250 GIG HDD
My friends have the same config but they get 60 fps constantly

Look antiadvert just clears the binds....
ASP is useless...One player used to join the server and he flooded with chat...and all the players used to get disconnected...
i paused ASP and now it is...
