After trying out the plugin, after killing myself and rejoining I was not put into any teams, but after like 10secs I automatically respawn?

How do I prevent csgo from auto respawn after 10-15 seconds, disabled all plugins but it's still
happening. mp_respawn_on_death_t/ct 0, mp_respawnwavetime 0.
