Como cambio el tiempo para resetear estadisticas?

Tengo un server y noto que cada 2 semanas aproximadamente se resetea automaticamente el top 15, como le cambio el tiempo? o como desabilito q se resetee (reseteo manual solamente).

Tengo instalado el gungame en mi server y lo tengo para que el idioma sea autodetectado, pero cuando entro con mi cs steam (que tengo en ingles) el idioma se ve en chino, como lo arreglo??
