The odd thing is, that the models work flawless with my zombie mod, if added as playerclasses, and that when using through store, only the textures aren't downloading properly. MIME types?

This is happening to me too. The model files are downloaded, but not the materials. Models will show up as black silhouettes, with no textures. No this is not a problem with our fast dl, I've checked...

I would not suggest having those ports open as a long term solution. It makes your server very vulnerable to flood attacks.
But it would be recommended to see if that kinda sorts out your problem...

Add this command to your server.cfg

sv_region 255

or use 3 for europe, 255 is world.
