Why isnt there a way to not show that HUD msg all the time for every spray you come by? I just wanna use the menu if i wanna trace one.

Could this be because i didnt reboot the server (restart) but just unloaded the old one and loaded the new one?

Tbh for me it ignores that since everybody can see it even when that line:
sm_spray_adminonly is set to 1. Any idea on this? also i deleted the config file but it comes back with 5.4a in it while...
