VB.NET / C# Sockets, logaddress hlds

Hi, I were triying to do this one month ago, but I cant.
What i want is like HLSW, set in a server the logaddress and receive in a vb.net software all the logs, looks easy but idk why, but i cant.

Its only a variable 0 = inocent, 1 = traitor, 2 = detective.
If youre innocent and you try to kill other innocent karma should go down if the other innocent dont shoot other innocent without reason...

Karma algoritm

Before i say anything, sorry if bad english, im a spaniard.

Then, I'm making a mod, this mod uses karma and FFA, the karma system is this.
You will know the mod, but im doing it in cs 1.6....

Seguramente el cheat no bindee desde el cs, el cheat usara un hook directo al teclado sin pasar por el cs, pero si el user tiene algo en el f4 en el cs también se ejecutara.

El del bazooka dropea la c4, no le sirve.
