Big Trouble cs 1.5+amxx 1.70

i got a problem , when somebody with the name of an administrator enter in the server and dont have setinfo _pw , says "incorrect password" but he enter anyway :S is a bug ?¿? only happend in cs 1.5...

no , the problem is the follow: im need a reserved slot whit NAME reserve...no STEAM ID ... in argentina all the servers are cracked ( ALL ) and all have the same STEAM ID :S im need a slot...

well... im install the amxx 1.60 default ...work right.,..admin right...but...the slot dont work right :S when are play 20/20 player and the max player are 22 the server change 20 to 22 automatical...
