EKS, does the rules/url still work?

When I use it the slay works but it dos not display the rules.html

I am wondering if it is just me thats broken. :)

I have a quick question...

The menu options give you from 1 to 10.

How do you press 10? Because as soon as I hit the 1, BAT takes it as I selected #1 as opposed to 10.
