It depends on if it teleports out with the function i detour or not.
If it's only due to the physics engine handing it or not, if it's the case will need env_phyics_blocker to solve the problem,...

A suggestion from me is to use gametime over enginetime, since func_timescale at lower speed will give advantage ect.

Again The deploy speed is unchanged by default.

As mentioned by the cvar it is only visual

you should beable to replicate the time if you set z_tank_incapacitated_health to like 15 or something because i have it on 1, that might be why i have huge network spikes when tank dies sometimes.

This afk fix includes no commands since it fixes the game...

It works fine this looks like a usererror.

Makesure you have latest version of witch_prevent_target_loss and follow install instructions even when updating.
