As a can uderstand sv_region is used to clarify geo location of the server, not for allow/limit only connections from specific regions, because server will be in the 'All' search results whatever...

What about sv_region -1 (by default in CS:GO)? It is not 255 (World) and not 0-7 for specific region. What -1 does?

As I can understand Steam search geolocation wrongly think that server #2 is located somewhere far away from me and doesnt show for me this server, when DC #1 and #2 and me is located in Central...
