Hello there community, i encounter an problem installing the metamod and sourcemod on a tf2 server.

I've tryied to install the newest versions of MMS and SM but this error is poping off

Just as i said, the server is crashing 10 to 10 or 15 minutes, in logs no problems or console
In log file i have just this :
