I have had numerous requests for an ability to be able to turn off the on-screen display on the HUD, personally I would just be ok without the streak text, is there a way to fix this?

Unusual hat particle effects....

i was curious if there was a plugin that allows you to provide donators or members ability to add unusual particle effects to hats.. any help would be great!

Oh sorry, I met in general.. as in I run a TF2 server.. I have a plugin that I want only the root admins to be able to use... not ALL my admins.. is there a way to do this?
