this is vps server and i have server default (no amxmox no metamod nothing.)

hi i have one server (on VPS 512mb) 16 users steam only and i use only for cw match's but when we are 10 on server pin jumping from 20 to 150 300 how i can finx it ?

when i make steamcmd folder need opne cd /SteamCMD ?
or just install and after when i put ./hlds_run give me no such file directory ^?
